This hotel met all my expectations. I was so pleased with the service, cleanliness of the room, tasteful decor, spaciousness, the comfy bed and the nice sized flatscreen for late night shows and early morning news. There are beautiful views of the harbor and walking distance to nice restaurants and shops. They also provided a gift bag with water, fruit and breakfast bar which hit the spot as I had no time for breakfast. The front desk promptly called me a driver so I could make my meeting on time. All in all, a perfect stay!
First off I love this hotel, its clean, in a great location and has a great restaurant that I love. The thing that sets this property aside from other is the Customer Service particularly Ahmed.... He was very accommodating and made sure my stay and my brothers birthday was stupendous. I hate writing reviews but Ahmed deserves a shout out and a raise!!!!!!!!
