Opt for one of Moab’s newer downtown lodging accommodations at Westside Flats, just a five-minute walk from the center of downtown. Each flat has its own separate entry that is accessed through a shared courtyard. Each one-bedroom flat has its own private covered patio and one queen-sized bed. Flats typically sleep two or three people. The suites are equipped with a mini-refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker.
There is free Wi-Fi and a rooftop deck with stellar views. There is also access to a washer and dryer and secure bike and equipment storage. From this base, guests can head to Canyonlands and Arches National Park, go mountain biking, horseback riding, white river rafting or play golf on Moab’s public course. There are plenty of shops and restaurants just a few minutes’ walk away in Moab , whether you want pasta, all-day breakfast at a classic diner, burgers and shakes, BBQ or Mexican.

Friendly and helpful owners and a CLEAN, comfortable, quiet and updated flat in a convenient location. There’s too much to do in Moab for one trip. When we come back we will be staying here again. We rented #4, but I’m guessing there isn’t a bad flat in the bunch.

We stayed in the Wingate flat and it was the best place we've ever stayed in Moab. Cool and quiet A/C, a laundry room (free), a small patio, lots of kitchen supplies (pots, pans, etc), and a stylish interior. Oh, and also great WiFi. It's also just a couple of blocks to downtown. Do yourself a favor and stay here!
