Families will be overjoyed at the climbing wall that is part of this hotel!
Whitney Peak’s outdoor wall is the Guinness Book of World Records “World’s Largest Climbing Wall” and features 164 feet of vertical fun! There is also programming for certain aged children, in which adults can drop them off while they take a climbing course and play.

Room choices come with either two double queen beds or one king size bed, 40-inch HD flat-panel Samsung TVs, a sitting area, working desk and complimentary Wi-Fi. The hotel also features complimentary Zero Percent Collection bath amenities, an earth-friendly formulation named for its zero sulfates, parabens, phthalates and artificial colors.

Cargo Concert Hall is also a signature component of the Whitney Peak Hotel with a steady stream of award-winning artists, nationally and internationally touring bands and local talent. There is onsite dining both at the concert hall and in the hotel.

First time in Reno.

by Matt M

The staff was very helpful and very professional. The valet service was absolutely amazing. We’ve never been to Reno before but when we come back, we already know where we are going to stay. The place was great.

great experience

by John W

When we checked in, Dustin, the person helping us, asked if this was our first visit. After I explained this was our 4th visit, he did some checking and said he could upgrade us to a King suite with access to the club lounge, neither we had experienced before. Our suite was on the 16th floor, the top floor, and was a comfortable two room suite with a kitchenette (microwave, fridge, sink and breakfast bar eating area) and living area in one room and the bedroom in the other. Both rooms had a TV. We had taken a good friend out to dinner, but the restaurant was so noisy we decided to go to our hotel room for some quiet conversation. The suite was idea for this, and we had a lovely evening. Staying at Whitney Peak has given us a much more favorable impression of Reno than we had when staying at the resorts.
