Great mountain resort stay.........

by Kenneth Q

We booked a three bedroom unit during low season between summer and winter for our group of friends. We arrived on a Saturday and our unit 6202 was ready to go. These units are graded such that the parking level is either the second floor or in our case building 6 enters on the third floor so you need to take elevator or stairs down to second floor unit, which complicates your schlepping of luggage and groceries. However the unit had been recently upgraded with new carpet, furniture and countertops and looked great. So well insulated we never needed the heat and stayed at 70 degrees even with temps down into the twenties at night. We cooked in the unit most meals even using the barbeques .....they need to put a light out at the BBQ's as we needed a flashlight to cook that night. Loved the location we walked to the lake many times it's just beautiful. Overall we loved the place and will return. We did see a bear one afternoon right under our balcony so be careful.

Nice and quiet resort

We stayed here mid September and had an enjoyable time. The outside hot tub is better than the covered one but guess the covered one would be best in the winter. The grounds are beautiful with all the variety’s of pines. We took home some rather large pine cones to make wreaths. They have 14 buildings and have done a nice job of keeping everything looking nice and clean. There is a nice street around the property that we waked daily. You are not too far from commercial areas but it is good to have a car.
