Vacation trip

Nice place had a ocean view and staff was nice, I do wish they offered breakfast cause the place they have is nice but expensive. I enjoyed the game room and the availability to watch a DVD movie in your room

Not a great hotel

Horrible experience! We booked a room with a king bed & ocean room & were sent to a double bed room with no view, a terrible odor, & a phone that didn’t work (no dial tone). Room 2 had the king bed & view but no heat, outlets that didn’t work, & toothpaste on the bathroom wall. Room 3 had a king bed, a parking lot view, and a white frosting type substance smeared on the back of the chair. We were very polite but at this point visibly frustrated and finally were given a clean room with working heat, outlets, a view, and a king bed.... not the greatest way to start our vacation. On a positive note the staff was very nice & helpful...
