Don’t do it

by V7992NRryans

From the moment we entered the hotel the service was poor. We arrived an hour or so before the 3pm check in time and inquired if we could check in early (no big deal if we couldn’t) and the gentleman at the front desk said “absolutely not” and pointed to the sign showing 3pm check in, wow not necessary...a simple “no” would have been fine.

The room itself was mediocre. It seemed fairly clean but there was electrical outlets hanging out of the wall, lamps that didn’t work because there wasn’t even a plug for them, and basically no hot water. On top of that we woke up covered in bug bites, not sure from what but pretty gross.

A big part of the reason we stayed here was because of how cool the pool looked in their pics and we knew we’d be hanging out there during the day. First of all the cool pictures with waterfalls, etc. was bogus...everything was off and all you could see was clearly unmaintained rock work cracking and broken. The pool itself didn’t appear to have been cleaned in days.

Would definitely never stay here again.

Good Luck

I have a hard time believing a company like Wyndham would put their name on this rat hole of an establishment. From the broken air conditioning system to the lack of hot water, the peeling wallpaper to the phone which didn’t work, the king sized headboard with a queen bed (I paid for a king bed) to the unraveled carpeting, I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this place. Which is sad because the hotel has great potential. The only good point was the staff who did their best to try to solve all of the issues over my short stay. I thought I’d be safe choosing a brand as well known as Wyndham but clearly I was wrong. Never again.
