Perfect Location

Great hotel. Free subway from hotel to Heinz Field. Perfect!! Great downtown location. Very clean and rooms were nice too! Breakfast buffet was really good. Great view of the river and the stadium. Casino nearby was fun!

Terrible

I called on the phone a week earlier and was told check in was 3pm. I pulled up at 3 and the rude lady at the front desk told me no one could check in until 4pm. I'm glad now I got there at 3 because there were like 500 people in line waiting to check in and i was near the front. I heard some people didn't get rooms and others paid for early check in but were told it wasn't available. There weren't any carts to take our bags up to our room so we had to leave half of them in the lobby until we could come back for them. The elevators were a nightmare. The room was tiny, no exhaust fan in the bathroom so you can smell everything that happens in there and one of the electrical outlets was hanging out of the wall. It was terrible. Never again Wyndham.
