Great Time at Splash Village!

by Wienthebean

I gave my children a night stay at Splash Village for Christmas last year and we just got around to using it. We had 2 rooms. What a WONDERFUL time! The grandchildren are ages 15, 14, 11,3 and 2 and they all enjoyed themselves in the waterpark. We checked in around 4pm and then went into the waterpark and played, had pizza and nachos from the waterpark food service, and then played in the Action River for about an hour. That was a blast!! The little ones loved it because with their life jackets on they could float and kick their feet and they acted like they were swimming on their own. When we went back to our room, we had a room that overlooked Bronner's Christmas Store. The 3 year old saw the lights and said, "Santa came and decorated". In the morning we had the breakfast buffet. 9:00am seems to be a popular time but our wait for 10 people was very minimal. We played again in the waterpark that morning until around Noon. The little ones hated to leave but it was getting close to nap time, and us adults were thinking we could use a nap of our own. The waterpark wore us out in a good way. Thank you Splash Village. Our family is thinking of making this an annual event.

Can’t go wrong here! Great stay!

Great food, helpful staff, tons to do, can’t go wrong here! My kids are exhausted from the weekend and all the activities the hotel had. From scavenger hunts to family movie night, our family had a blast this weekend! Hopefully we will be back soon!
