Nicely situated on a peninsula overlooking Cruz Bay, Gallows Point Resort offers one-bedroom, individually owned condominiums, each with a full kitchen and deck. The resort, which is within walking distance to the town of Cruz Bay, completed updates of many units as of January 2010. ZoZo's, one of the island’s best restaurants, is on property, as is a convenience store. Beach lovers will be disappointed as the resort fronts rocky shoreline.

Gallows Point Resort markets itself as a property “geared to adults” and therefore requests that families with children under five years old do not stay at the property. A 2009 summer special, however, seemed to lift this ban. Given the lack of beach and the resort’s preference for “adults,” this property is best for families with well-behaved teens or adult children.
