Laura D. and Nabil are simple the best when it comes to making you feel welcome and comfortable in the M-Club at the IAH Marriott. They treat you like family and go out of their way to make sure your stay is as pleasurable as possible. I've been traveling back and forth to the Houston area on business for quite sometime now and wouldn't think of staying anywhere else.

Removed luggage from carousal, walked 50 ft to the tram, first stop the hotel lobby.
Great help at the front desk. Room very nice and clean. Breakfast in morning not included. We are light eaters so we past on the buffet ($23/pp) and just got coffee and a bagel.
