About Madison Arm Resort

Madison Arm Resort is a seasonal place for camping and RV's near the west gate of Yellowstone National Park. It runs from mid-May to the beginning of October. The property features a beautiful lake and mountain range with campsites and cabins among pine trees. Cabins and cottages are very luxurious with full kitchens and living and dining rooms. There are many outdoorsy activities for families to try, including rafting, hiking, biking and horseback riding. Hebgen Lake is also on the grounds, providing ample fishing capabilities. An onsite marina covers guests' motor boating and kayaking needs. Virginia City and Nevada City are only a short drive away, offering restaurants, live theater and museums.

We rented a motorhome from Cruise America, pricy but nice. The motorhome was 25' 2011 model with about 8000 miles. We took our 120# German Shepherd, and there was plenty of room for him, besides my husband and 11-year old son. We stayed 4 nights at the Madison Arm Resort which I highly recommend.
