Pleasant place to stop over

Nice place to stop overnight and rest. Restaurant is great and staff super helpful. They also allow pets for a reasonable fee! You will not regret stopping over. Its also a great value and close to the interstate.

Odd Stay

by shattered_cat

The hotel was nice and the room was fine. The area was a little disconcerting. There was a CBD dispensary at the entrance of the hotel. That was a little off-putting. Also, there were guest arguing in the parking lot when I arrived to my room. I was travelling with animals, so I had a bit of unloading to do and these folks decided to watch/comment on my coming/going. While this is not the hotel's fault, it is indicative of the safety level of the hotel.
The staff was very nice. There was an odd thing with a young lady sitting at the hotel computer. When I arrived, she was there, watching some rather disturbing clown videos. I am very glad I wasn't travelling with children. When I left, she was still there, but playing a video game at the time. I mentioned something to the young woman who checked me out, and she shrugged and said she didn't know what the girl was doing.
The town is smaller, so if you want to grab a meal at one of the local eateries, make sure you arrive early. Most places close by 8:30.
