Heritage Deluxe Balcony Rooms are great for families as they have a king-sized bed along with a small room with bunk beds for the kids. The hotel is situated in a convenient urban location and within walking distance of many activities and attractions. No onsite dining is available, but breakfast is offered each morning for a surcharge.

Birthday booking lost

A birthday lunch function for 14 people was booked (and confirmed) on the Sky Bar deck and when we arrived the staff had no clue about the booking. We then had to wait around as they said that the bar only opened at 2pm.
Anyway, the bar staff were helpful, however there seemed to be zero control over the tab, and who knows how many other guests enjoyed drinks on our tab.
The pizzas tasted as though they were purchased from a supermarket and then just warmed up!

Very Nice Boutique Hotel in a nice location

This is a nice and small hotel in a nice location in Cape Town, With amazing views of the table mountain especially from the roof top bar. You can also walk around the area to nearby bars and restaurants. Feels like being in a family house when in here. The staff are courteous and friendly especially at breakfast.
The breakfast selection is quite adequate. The rooms are spacious and clean with very comfortable beds only that the bathrooms are a bit tiny.
The only downside to this place is that the wifi is terrible. You cannot even make a video or whatsapp call because of the quality. If only they could work on that.

Otherwise it is a very homely place
