This was my third experience at The Signature over the last few years since it opened.... and will certainly be the last.
This was never going to be a 5 star property, however what started out as a relatively stylish and competitively priced boutique hotel with spacious clean and comfortable rooms, in 3 short years has degenerated into a poorly maintained, filthy 2 star with management who show absolutely no interest in customer service, maintenance or upkeep of the property.
Care factor = 0
Such a shame that a hotel with so much potential should fall apart through a total lack of care and and attention
Much better value to be had with some similar offerings which have sprung up in the area of late.

Based on pictures it looks very new, fresh, clean and fancy. But in reality it's not. The facade and lobby look good, but when you get to the room it's dirty and doesn't live up to the pictures online. We asked for cleaning but it didn't get any better... The location wasn't that good either, it was a very long walk to the beach!
It was pretty cheap, so I guess you get what you pay for.
