Beautiful and Convenient

by john r

This Hotel is well kept. The roses, flowers and grounds are beautiful. The bed and pillows are so comfortable. Great for your dogs. Esteban restaurant is a great place to eat especially if you don't feel like going out. The convenience of walking everywhere is great with lots of restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops and brewery places.

Reservation Process is Onerous for those having Vouchers

by dcschorr

Have stayed at this hotel numerous times over the years mostly for business. It is generally affordable and reasonably comfortable. Unfortunately, this time I had a voucher to use, which requires that you to contact the 800 number to make a reservation. Upon giving the reservation representative the voucher number, she said that the number doesn't conform to their number of digits and should not have any dashes even though that is how it is presented on the Voucher xx-xxx-xx. Therefore, she was not able to be helpful and implied that the voucher was not authentic. Do these representatives receive any training at all on how to treat people on the phone trying to make a reservation? Why not just allow people to input the voucher number online and avoid the attitude!
