Great family resort

by 816jaredj

Just spent four lovely days at the Marriott and thoroughly enjoyed it, the staff were friendly and accommodating. The pool area makes the place being able to swim with the fish, sliding down the water slide or relaxing in or around the pool, it's worth experiencing a Cabana for one of the days you are there, the staff are great and being served cocktails and lunch by the pool is well worth it and enjoyable choose the package that is write for you.
The rooms are a little out dated but that's the only negative, great place will be back as the kids did not want to leave.
Enjoy your stay

Best Family Hotel on the Goldy

by TommyAloha

I just love the Marriott Surfers Paradise. The hotel rooms and usual amenities are good, but it’s the outside pool / beach area that is amazing. There’s a saltwater lagoon with 2 beaches and stacks of beautiful fish swimming around. A faux waterfall, 2 little spas (ones in a cave) and a big, long, winding pool surrounded by palms and garden.
The hotel staff are always super nice and seem happy. Yes it can be expensive to stay here especially in busy periods, but in my opinion it’s totally worth it for a semi-luxury family holiday.
Best time of the year is now! November is great as the waters warm, the days are too and the summer storms are yet to hit. Enjoy ????.
