This is a very special and unique place for many reasons.
I stayed in the Antiquities Villa. It was spacious and beautifully decorated down to every last detail. The king feather bed was gorgeous and so comfortable. A grand fireplace graced the room filling it with cozy warmth and ambiance. The marble floors and high ceilings were filled with light from beautiful windows and huge glass encased double doors that led to my private patio. Outside the massive ornate entry a fountain tinkled in a seating alcove welcoming me back after each outing. I enjoyed relaxing in the large two person Jacuzzi tub warmed by the gas fireplace next to it.
Upon my arrival I was greeted with such hospitality that continued all through out my stay. The Inn Keepers here really love being here and take great pride in making each persons experience at the Villas one to remember.
Entering for the first time I was greeted by the aroma of fresh bread which had been baked especially for me that just happened to be ready exactly at the time of my arrival. Accompanying the fresh baked bread, a fruit basket, a cheese, fruit and cracker tray, a basket of snacks with a refrigerator stocked with sodas and water. in room coffee service and an assortment of teas were all available in my villa.
Every morning the chef creates a scrumptious breakfast from scratch. Every evening there are hors d'oeuvres in the lobby.
The lush landscaping and beauty of the Villas compliment the level of warmth and hospitality here.
We stayed in the Twin Kyody Villa on a recent visit to Sedona. It is a very large room on the second floor of one of the buildings. We were welcomed with fresh baked bread in our room, cold drinks in the refrigerator and snacks. We enjoyed the two fireplaces - one in the bedroom and one in the bath. Breakfast was delicious. It was pleasant sitting poolside enjoying the beautiful landscaping. The staff was attentive. If the daily menu wasn't to your liking, they offered other alternatives. Adobe Grand Villas is close to many hiking opportunities. We were able to hike before breakfast one day.
