Amazing view and helpful staff but very loud reception

The hotel is lovely, very well located with a great rooftop terrace with incredible views of Istanbul. Most of the personal is very lovely, very helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately, if you are unlucky and get a room on the first floor, you are likely to spend a terrible night. Our first night, the receptionist decided to have a very loud chats with his friends which didn't stop for a while despite us going downstairs to ask them to tone it down. Second night was not better, a lot of noises from people arriving, talking and leaving. We had to buy earplugs to sleep a bit. The owner of the hotel MUST replace the doors. They are as thin as a curtain and it's unacceptable considering the price of the rooms.

The breakfast was nice but lacked a bit of freshness as well with a lot of elements that were obviously industrial. At least the juices could be fresh...

Nice clean hotel , friendly staff, amazing terrace view, good service.
In the heart of Istanbul it’s a great location to visit all the historical places around . Highly recommended and convenient price .
