It was face to face meeting in Ottawa health Canada Indigenious. It was great experience. I have met new faces where I learnt a lot and get new experiences. I learned about the how I can manage my time.

Great hotel, questionable service

The rooms here are huge, well appointed, etc. There is a convenience store next door to get what you need. Location is good. No complaints at all here.

But there is an oven but nothing to put in it for cooking. They advertise that they probably have what you need, but when I asked they were not really able to deliver. They tried their best but they just dont have banking plans, cookie sheets, etc. When every room is equipped with an oven this seems very odd.

The front desk staff. I only really dealt with Megan. She agreed to give me a late check out. Yet the next day, the same Megan called me cause I hadn't checked out by 11. Even when I went downstairs and looked her right in the eyes she said she didn't remember. She also asked me twice whether I needed to park a car. I hope this is a one off incident but it really left a bad impression on me to be rushed out the hotel by the same person who told me that I was granted a late checkout.
