The onsite restaurant, Spin Kitchen and Bar, serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as a breakfast buffet for a set price. The 480 rooms come in a variety of options.

Best family options include Two Double (rollaways not permitted), Deluxe King with sofa bed and sitting area, or Executive Corner Room with king bed (two rollaways allowed). For a little extra, Concierge-level rooms include complimentary breakfast, snacks, hors d’oevres and non-alcoholic beverages. All rooms come with a mini-fridge, and microwaves are available on request. Self or valet parking is available for an extra fee.

Hotel in desperate need of updates

I was very underwhelmed by this hotel. While my room was spacious I would have preferred a bit of a smaller room so that the bathroom could be larger than a broom closet! Tiny and awkward bathroom. The walls are yellowed by age and the decor and furniture are outdated. The bed is not comfortable. My experience with the staff was average. The week end staff were much more professional than the Monday morning staff. The 2 yound ladies at the desk in the morning were useless. Lazy and zero customer service skills. The location is convenient but even though I stay in Ottawa once a week I won't be staying here. Plently of better options, especially considering they aren't cheap!

This hotel is located in downtown Ottawa in the midst of all that is to see in Ottawa. The hotel is older but rather well maintained. The rooms are clean. The restaurant is good with a wide choice. The lounge is spacious. Breakfast was okay in the lounge. The gym was of average size for a hotel. Staff were helpful.
