Whichever you choose, you’ll have a full kitchen, with stovetop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasherand a full range of pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Meals are your responsibility, except for Wednesday nights when the lodge puts on a huge Wild Alaskan buffet dinner, free for all guests. Family party of 10 over the top!!!

by Travis R

We had fished with Bob before several years ago and decided to return with "The Group". We were greeted with record heat, causing a lot of glacial melt which made the Kenai rise up too much. The sockeye weren't coming in then. Bob and the gang however helped us to modify our trip so we could still catch fish, and lots of them. I can't say enough of how well they helped us out. This is not easy to do when you have many people already booked, both clients and guides, but they did it. It made for a trip of a lifetime for our group. Everyone had a blast. We will return again for sure. I highly recommend them for your adventure. Thanks Bob!!!

Ultimate Ptarmigan Adventure

by Kvothe1954

Our primary goal was to hunt ptarmigan and we had an awesome 3 days of hunting in a beautiful remote wilderness area. The willow ptarmigan were plentiful and fun to hunt. The walking was challenging as we often had to climb the hillsides to get to the birds, but it was worth it. Lots of rocks and alders to navigate over and through. The scenery was spectacular, our guide was skilled and knowledgeable, not to mention part mountain goat, and his dog was an excellent and tireless flusher and retriever. I did bag a white tail ptarmigan to go with lots of Willows, but never got a shot at a Rock. My wife is not a hunter but she went along 2 of the 3 days and enjoyed the adventure. Our cabin at the lodge was great and there were good restaurants close by in Soldotna. We also did the Crescent West trip and had fun fishing and seeing bears close up. Highly recommend All Alaska Outdoors Lodge.
