Reviews

Enjoyed our stay!

by Icemom87

I’m surprised by some of these really negative reviews. We checked in Friday afternoon, the gentleman working the desk was very friendly & welcoming. I asked for a higher floor with a view, only 2nd floor with view was available but we could still see the bars & some of Lake Erie from 209. One window blind was broke and I mentioned it to the same gentleman at checkout, he apologized and notes that they are in the process of replacing all blinds and gave us a parking discount for the inconvenience. Hotel is within walking distance to Beerhead, Punch Bowl Social, Margaritaville, & the Big Bang. The area is busy and felt safe walking back around 11:30pm. Parking is high at $24 but it’s convenient. We would definitely stay again!

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at!

My wife and I travel a lot and this is by far the worst hotel that we have ever stayed at! For starters, the room wasn’t clean and one of the window blinds was torn and wouldn’t open or close from its current position. We called the front desk and they said someone would come right up, but no one ever came. Then, we realized when returned from our concert, that our room was right above the club downstairs, so we had to listen to club music until 2:00am whether we wanted to or not. When we called the front desk about it, Patrick acted as if they could care less... Very unprofessional! Very irritating! We will never stay at this hotel again!!!
