Not so good

by palentina8

Smell was awful, room was cold, we called to get the shuttle from the airport and they told us it was late so we had to look for another alternative. Receptionists were no so friendly, only Ester was amazing and very nice with us.
We do not recommend this hotel and we won’t be cone back.

Did the job and the price was right.

Staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. Continental breakfast was fine. Cold cereal, hard boiled eggs, bagels, donuts, coffee and juice. Shuttle bus that ran every half hour to Metro station was nice too. Room was clean and spacious but lights in the room were very dim. Made it difficult to read in bed, even when all the lamps were on.
