Needs upgrades

by Traveldingvet

Room w/queen size sofa bed and king bed. Mattress was thinner than a mattress pad on pull out! TV was smaller than some laptops. King bed was very low to floor and mattress was horrible. Room clean and no damage. The biggest concern is very poor focus on amenities centered around guest comfort. Room not cheap-$132.00 for one night. Will not stay again, at least not until they provide upgrades for guest comfort.

Bad

The hotel clerk graciously checked us in a half hour early, but when we got to our room it wasn’t cleaned. We waited a half hour and our room was clean (hopefully). There were no towels or soap, so I asked the hotel clerk for them and she said, “well, you shouldn’t have checked until 3!” Very snotty. The room was gross. The chair was full of ripped fabric or cigarette burns. Toilet plugged. We just prayed they actually cleaned the sheets. Never stay there again.
