Worst water park hotel

by cherylh493

Stayed here on our last day in a weeklong trip through AZ. Decided on this hotel because thought the “7 acre” water park would be fun. What a mistake. Only 3 slides, lazy river and wave pool with virtually no waves. Would be fine if not advertised as some big water park. Hotel itself is ok but rundown. I would definitely not stay here again.

Enjoyable week, didn’t want to leave

Check in was easy and they even changed my room from 1st floor mountainside to the 2nd floor with no issue. The first floor room felt like a cave. My only issue with the room was the attention to detail, could use a deep cleaning. The room coffee is terrible, but usually is at hotels. After figuring out the layout of the grounds I found the trailhead by the spa and enjoyed the shady walks around the resort. I didn’t get the chance to visit the Oasis. The conference facilities were comfortable. The food served on a daily basis between meetings was amazing. Overall a pleasant week, thank you!
