Founded in 1776, this mission is considered the birthplace of Orange County. The best-preserved mission in the U.S., visitors can enjoy free audio tours, guided tours, garden tours and chapel tours, as well as partake in Mass in the still-operating church that was funded in 1776. The mission is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
