Bernice Is A Hero!

by Alexeshaghian

We booked reservation through a third-party website and on the day of arrival our reservation got cancel. I frantically called the resort and Bernice Vergel was able to book me a last-minute reservation at an amazing rate. She was even able to get our original room preference. Totally saved the day.

Relax in luxury

by PSAlan

I had played the golf course a number of times but hadn't stayed at the resort before. Glad I finally did. There are several luxury resorts in the area but this one stands out for several reasons. The view, of course, and it's a beautiful layout but with the extra grounds that give you such an open feeling. The surrounding golf course helps with this, of course, but the resort developed a beach site with a beautiful restaurant, open only to hotel guests and only a couple of minutes by the free hotel tram. The beach has everything you would want with the privacy and service you would expect. You don't get both these amenities at the other resorts. So, if you wanted the perfect event or wedding setting this is it. The food and service is great but, as we all know, the staff there makes a huge difference.
If you get a chance to go there don't pass it up.
