Paid for private cabana and did not provide what they stated they would. Managers and majority of staff flippant and do not care. Have NEVER dealt with such nasty people! Called to discuss issue with manager and was mocked and hung up on at least 13 times!
Visited the island in mid-September and was not impressed. Very few restaurants were open at lunchtime. This place was about the only one. My wife and I shared the Surf & Turf plate. We were pretty shocked at the price. The steak left a lot to be desired, as did the vegetables. The clam appetizer and lobster were adequate, but nothing special. Many foreign waiters/waitresses and cook staff. It seemed that many of them had attitude problems from their actions/body language. Would not visit again for no other reason than the prices. Speed of service was good, staff very attentive due to lack of other customers for lunch. Didn't even know this place was a hotel.
