Free parking, onsite restaurant & bar

This was a repeat visit for me -- and there will be more.
Check-in was a breeze and the staff were very friendly, helpful, and personable. The gentleman who checked us in even remembered what floor we were on when we ran into him in the elevator later.
This hotel has abundant parking (free), onsite restaurant and bar (plus quite a few restaurants nearby for variety), a pool, meeting facilities and more. Conveniently located just off I-10.
My colleague and I were thrilled to be upgraded to a concierge level and enjoyed dinner and breakfast in the concierge lounge. Internet is free for Marriott/Bonvoy Rewards members. Rooms have single-cup coffee makers and small refrigerators.
My colleague found the lavender linen spray ("in case you have trouble falling asleep ") to be a delightful touch

We had been on a tour of the city and had had no contact with them; our keys still worked. Our room was not cleaned. The lighting in the room was terrible
