The Worst Hotel

by John A

The worst hotel and totally not recommended:
1- Receptionists are so young and don't understand English!
2- Room unclean.
3- Plumbing for the toilet is not working.
4- Dead lizards inside the room.
5- Light is not working in lobby toilet.
6- Lobby toilet broken for 5 days.
7- Lobby toilet is totally not clean.
8- Telephone is not working in the room.
9- All workers are not professional and don't speak English (Only 1 receptionist and she's working only in the morning)

Lost staff, shocking rooms

Everything’s broken: the fridge didn’t work, the phone didn’t work, the wifi was patchy and didn’t work unless on the deck, the AC didnt work properly, three light bulbs were blown, one towel was provided for two guests, and the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting, see photo. They smell and have no ventilation.

I’m surprised after so many years of tourism that the staff don’t speak English, they had no idea what we were saying, or how to answer a simple request, I had to speak Bahasa Indonesian to them most the time to avoid them not understanding my English.

Only plus side is that the sheets were clean and the mattress and pillows quite comfortable.
