Overview

The first and only resort and marina in Leeward, Providenciales, Turks & Caicos, the Blue Haven Resort and Marina offers guests a place to enjoy numerous water activities. Snorkeling, diving, deep-sea fishing, kite-boarding, paddle-boarding, kayaking and sailing are all available at the luxury resort. Horseback riding and cycling are also available for those fonder of land activities. Take advantage of the beach-side amenities, such as horseshoes, bocce ball, chess and beach volleyball. Guests are encouraged to relax on the beach chaise lounges and hammocks, too. If the sand and ocean aren’t your scene, soak in the infinity pool, which overlooks the water.

Stay in one of the 35 suites or 16 premier guest rooms, which range in size from 600 to 2,659 square feet. All suites are available with one, two or three bedrooms, and all rooms come with private terraces and fully-equipped kitchens. Rooms also include mini-refrigerators, coffee makers, wireless Internet and flat-screen TVs. Washers and dryers are also available.

Enjoy onsite dining at one of the two restaurants or the Market store and café. The resort’s signature eatery, Fire and Ice, offers Caribbean cuisine infused with other experiential flavors. The indoor, alfresco SALT Bar & Grill is a more casual setting located at the marina, with classic pub fare mixed with local Caribbean ingredients.

After undergoing renovations in early 2013, Blue Haven Resort and Marina, formerly Leeward Resort, celebrated its grand opening in December 2013.

Perfect Honeymoon Location

by TalanT1

This hotel was amazing. It's quiet and stunningly beautiful. The staff is welcoming and always willing to help. They go out of their way to ensure that every detail is in order to help you celebrate your trip. The food selection is limited, however its some of the best resort food we've had. There's even a large vegetarian option which is a major plus. The rooms are nice and the beds are extremely comfortable. If you're looking for a quiet get away, this is your place!

Beautiful property

Well where to start. The property was gorgeous. We had a few issues with our room. The shower faucet kept falling off and the screen was coming out of the sliding door. That being said the room was very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable and the view was AMAZING! We had a few issues with excisions that we booked through the hotel. We were told the wrong time to be in the lobby for the shuttle and were awaken by a phone call that our shuttle was waiting...great start to the day. The second issue was we were charged for and excursion that was paid for to the company directly. We were told by the hotel that the charge would be refunded in 3-5 business days. The food was ok. Nothing really to spectacular. Not as big a variety as expected. We did venture to the sister hotels of the Beachouse for dinner and the Alexandra for a beachside lunch. Biggest downfall in s the amount of time tied up if you choose to take a hotel shuttle. They only run from 1000 am to roughly 1030 pm and run around every 1 and 40 minutes. Would definitely recommend renting a car if you plan on a lot of outing as taxis can be pricey.
