A boutique hotel caring abot its guests

by Culture685917

The hotel is in a perfect location : 5 minutes walking to the main street, the Carmel market and about 10 minutes to the sea. Though the room is rather small and a bit dark, but the staff service and attention to the guests was perfect. The feeling is that you are the most welcomed guest. I liked the way the hotel provided the breakfast - the possibility to have it in different places around. As it was considered the long stay the free massage was offered what was absolutely the surprise.

The worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in

BATHROOM LEAKS: This is a photo of a soaked towel because the bathroom was leaking from 3 different places (yes, one of the leaks was right on top of the toilet....).

NO ELECTRICITY: You may notice this was taken with flash because the lights went out for the night. Not city wide electric shortage but rather just that our room didn’t have electricity.

I’ve been to third world countries with better hotels. We were extremely disappointed with our stay. Do not stay here.
