Spacious rooms offer Travertine marble bathrooms, Molton Brown bath amenities, flat-screen televisions and upscale sound systems. Suites feature sitting areas and separate bedrooms. Such a great team working here. We had a red eye that landed early in the morning, Nikki was nice enough to check us in early. We also rented the beautiful screening downstairs for a special screening of our documentary and Avery was awesome and took such good care of us. Rooms are awesome, location is great, service is the best. Thank you guys! Thank you to Nikki, Nicky, Devon, Kevin and Avery for taking such great care of us!!
I never write reviews as you can see by my profile. But after a pretty crappy flight the service by Miguel and Job at reception immediately put my wife and I at ease.
They tried to get us a better room and we have a great view of the park now!
We had a quick drink at the Celon lounge just down from the lobby and are ready for our NYC mini vacation. Thank you!
