Western North Carolina is full of beautiful natural attractions, and at the end of the day you can retreat to this Hendersonville hotel located right near downtown (and just a 25-minute drive from downtown Asheville, too). All rooms can accommodate four people and have in-room amenities that families love, such as coffeemakers and mini-fridges for storing bottles and snacks. The hotel’s far and away highlight, however, is the beautiful indoor swimming area, landscaped with greenery and complete with a pool, hot tubs, waterfalls and a twisting waterslide.

Friendly, family place

You must enjoy the sound of kids playing in the indoor pool! All is quiet by 10 PM or so. Breakfast room can be a bit of a zoo, with kids spilling cereal, sausage gravy, waffle batter; the staff can't always keep up. The smell of chlorine is very strong everywhere in the hotel--including the rooms.

Excellent Conference Location

Our company held a conference at Cascades in October 2019. The events coordinator, Kathy, is fabulous! Friendly, accommodating and everything ran smoothly, set up was done exactly as outlined prior to arrival. The large outdoor patio is great for team building activities, all of the food on site was excellent, high quality and the staff was extremely friendly. Our rooms were clean, facility was set up nicely and overall I would highly recommend this location.
