We visit for about a week once or twice per year. The welcome and service are always friendly, prompt and efficient. Facilities are excellent and location, a short walk from Nordhaven station, is convenient for the city centre etc. Minor deficiencies are flimsy pillows and poor water pressure in our shower on our latest visit.

Copenhagen is a beatiful town, but really touristic in some places. Here for a tough congress, I looked for a place to stay at my ease, not to near, but not to far, with room enough to rest, work, cook by myself ...
Charlottehaven was the ideal place: in one, two stop of suburban trains ( every couple of minutes you have one and the station is five minutes walk, even wearing high heels shoes) you will be at the Little Mermaid or in the center of town, in three stops at Central Station. In a few more at the Airport. If you come by car, like I did, a large parking inside. The basement has the large swimming pool open 6AMtill 10PM. The gym is at ground floor where you find bar, lounge, and a good level restaurant, cheaper than many other places in town. Concierge and reception are extremely professional, kind and smiling. They’re accustomed to congress people because they host convention and congresses themselves. The apartment was really fully furnished, a relaxing view on the peaceful and large inner garden... really a place ideal also for longer stay!
