From the moment I entered the atmosphere is filled with warm hospitality. I asked if I could store my luggage until my room was ready and the request was kindly granted. I checked in early and received information about the hotel and nearby attractions. I was welcomed to wait in the restaurant and the rooftop bar area with the pool.
Overall a relaxing stay.
At night be prepared to hear the nightlife noise in your room.

We tried to contact the hotel before our stay to put together the 2 reservations made (first for 2 days and after for 1 day more) but without success. Actually when we arrived to Ciqala it seems that our request was not taken into consideration but also the recepcionist gave us the wrong room, because it wasn't possible to stay there for the 3 nights in a row. The first room was a suite with 3 rooms, the A/C was super high and it took more a less 1h to turn it off, the cups in the kitchen were broken and we had different cutlery set number. The sleep quality was very bad, there was always a lot of noise with the doors, elevator, people speaking. The breakfast had a poor variety for the continental breakfast...I asked for the greek yogurt that was actually 2 spoons with unprepared fruit (apple with pits, orange with skin)...not acceptable.
