TripAdvisor Rating

Club Med’s Cherating Beach all-inclusive resort doubles as a 200-acre nature reserve. Families will always remember the time they released turtle hatchlings into the ocean, or the time they fed the macaque monkeys found in the jungles around the resort. Club Med’s Baby Welcome provides all of the materials parents need to care for their infants while on vacation. Professional childcare services and themed kids’ clubs give the adults time to visit the spa, or lounge in the Zen pool. Club Rooms offer views of the South China Sea, as does the Rembulan, a family-friendly à la carte restaurant.

not bad but can be better

by yl4896

food is good, but food variety is repeating quite a lot....
the facilities need to improve its safety and friendliness to user...
when swimming i get cut at a few areas due to the sharp edges
overall good

Great stay at Cherating!

Amazing location including wild beaches, jungle, numerous sports amenities and great food. The personel is very attentive and proferssional, as in all Club Meds.

Great adults only spots too and options.

Yes the rooms are outdated but the rest of the experience is so great that it is in a way relaxing to have simpler amenities, even if those come at a rather steep cost... Some of the extra (spa, boutique) prices were similar to our London usual ones which was surprising so make sure you come equipped. The Spa is worth trying and has promotions though, great service and amenities.

I recommend locking your phone away and forgetting it once you are onsite, then you'll have an even greater time, as I did...
