Overview

An hour from Miami International Airport in the Florida Keys, the Coconut Palm Inn makes for a fun island getaway. Located directly on the water on Tavernier, between the islands of Key Largo and Islamorada, the hotel offers direct beach access. All rooms are furnished with a coffeemaker, microwave, television, fridge and complimentary beach towels. Among the room types are deluxe queens with a view of the garden, king rooms with a patio and bay view and spacious suites. Suites come equipped with kitchenettes and separate sleep areas, and some have multiple bathrooms.

The Coconut Palm Inn sits on a wide (for the Keys) beach with several docks and boat ramps. Area activities include fishing, scuba diving and snorkeling, kayaking, paddleboarding and boating. There are plenty of nearby attractions, museums and tours the whole family can enjoy. The Florida Keys Wild Bird Center is just a 20-minute walk through historical Key Largo. And along the route you can stop at the many shops, restaurants and cafes.

Reviews

I love this place!

by Tara F

We have been going to Coconut Palm Inn for years now, and it is just amazing! The grounds are beautiful, as are the rooms. The staff are all incredibly nice and helpful. They offer breakfast, wine tasting, smores, etc. The pool, beach, dock and grounds are all well taken care of and there are tons of cute details. They also offer free water sports- kayaking, paddle boarding, etc. Cannot wait to go back!

Bliss

We enjoyed 2 blissful nights at this Inn, which we really enjoyed. Welcoming staff, lovely breakfast on the beach, pleasant pool, kayaks, paddle boards and cycles for residents use. We enjoyed the morning iguana visits, as around 8 of them visit each morning, looking for a free feed. Coco the cat may show up and the iguanas scarper pretty quickly. The pool and private beach really leave you happy to remain on site. Great sunset views as well.
