Overnight Stay

My daughter and I stayed the night due to the heat, everything was great, except the small shower not very big but worked, like the pool to cool off from the heat and of course the air conditioned room

Worst hotel .. can't believe it's a Comfort Inn

by Heather G

This has to be the worst Choice hotel I have stayed at! I can't believe it is a Comfort Inn. Myself and my two sons stayed at this hotel as my oldest had a basketball camp at a local college. To make an extremely long story short. The night auditor was very nice and polite. I was checked into two rooms and my debit card was preauthorized 11 times. Housekeeping tried to enter my room at 9am but I had the Ubolt lock on. The morning shift person was clueless how to clear up all of the charges. Manager was not available until after 12. Manager told me I had to wait for the debit card authorization to clear in 7-10 business days which I explained was unacceptable and she could do better than that. The mid shift person was friendly however I found it astounding that she would come into work with a t-shirt, sweat pants and slippers and in front of the general manager. No one wore a name tag the entire two night stay. The front desk personnel was also the breakfast personnel on the 2nd morning. Also, I have never been to a hotel where everyone, including the general manager, sat at the desk while helping a guest!! At least give the courtesy to stand. There was a new hotel being built directly behind this one and maybe that is why the cleanliness and maintenance lacked at this hotel. I couldn't believe they had prices over $100 for this place. I would never stay again and would not refer anyone to stay at this location.
