Amazing customer service

by Carol W

The front desk staff was absolutely amazing. I would definitely stay here again. I didn’t use housekeeping but appreciate the green bonus points. The bath/shower are a tad dated but the room itself was great.

Housekeeping was sloppy

by Travelmind1

We stay at Courtyards whenever we can. The housekeeping at the Hamilton Courtyard was very poor. The first night, they picked up the towels, made the bed poorly and did not change out the glasses. The next morning, I mentioned the problem to someone at the desk. The second day, the bed was again made poorly and it was obvious that the bathtub had not been cleaned.
We were not given notice that there was not an elevator, which was not too much of a problem for us. But, there were two women with canes that had to used the stairs. They stated that they did not know there was an elevator until they got there. This issue should be communicated as a reservation is made.
