Overview

Located just 15 minutes from Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport, this convenient hotel is situated in the Hamilton Place Mall where guests can find numerous shops, restaurants and things to do. The comfortable and spacious guestrooms feature one king or two queen beds, a mini-fridge, microwave, flat screen television with HBO. The spacious suites feature a separate sitting room area with a sleeper sofa. Cribs are available upon request. Complimentary Wi-Fi access can be found through the hotel so there is never a worry about staying connected to work or home. Before starting a day of travel or exploration, families can start the day off right at the free hot breakfast buffet. Families will find items like eggs, hot and cold cereal, yogurt, fruit and pastries. There is a small fitness center available and plenty of onsite parking. Check in at the hotel is 3 p.m. and check out is at noon.

Great Stay with Friendly Helpful Staff

The hotel was up to standard with any others that I have stayed in on many business trips over the years, but what made this stay special was the friendly, helpful staff who went out of their way to accomodate my special needs for this particular journey.

Every staff member was friendly, courteous and helpful during all interactions and requests that I had.

I would definitely use this hotel again if back in the Chattanooga area.

Nice hotel, but has a few rough spots.

When I booked this hotel it seemed really nice for the price. We arrived late about 12:30am but I was able to walk into the lobby and check in with no problems. (front door wasn't locked, like you might see at other hotels)

I had money on a prepaid card just for this stay. Most of the time I see a hold placed on my card for a higher amount for a deposit or incidentals and then it will post the regular amount after a day or so. This is either the hotel or your credit card company doing this. The hold happened to leave me with $1.30 on my card so I guess I happened to have the magic amount. The additional held amount was 63.5% of the room cost before taxes and fees or an additional 39.5% of the room cost after fees and taxes.

Another reviewer posted a picture of the dirty carpet near the elevator. I was on the 4th floor and saw this too. I guess a carpet cleaning machine can't get that up whatever it is. When I walked into our room it looked great except at the corner of the wall it has carpet trim hanging off and the inside of the A/C vent looked really gross. So we decided not to use it at all. For management reading this: Room 402. I was on the fence about whether to post a picture of this gross A/C unit but I know this doesn't do a hotel much good because this will stay on TripAdvisor a long time. But someone please go to room 402 and get the area behind the A/C vent cleaned! or make it easier for the housekeeping to remove the vent and clean it.

The breakfast was really nice, and check out was easy. This hotel in general looks very nice but they must make sure everything is clean and tidy everywhere.
