Hotels in Annapolis are expensive: $200 per night and up. Crowne Plaza is a welcome exception. $139 per night plus tax. It is a 10 minute drive to downtown and features plenty of free parking, which is worth $20-$40 per night compared to the downtown hotels. Rooms are tastefully done, mattresses and pillows are very good, and the desk staff is wonderfully accommodating. They had to be, as our room maid kept taking all the soap from our room without replacements. Skip the breakfast buffet. It is average and pricey.
We had a one night stay to visit the Annapolis tourist sites- this property is well placed to do so.
We found the property to be well maintained and our room provided all we needed for a nice stay.
Desk staff pleasant and professional.
We did not eat here- restaurant looked nice tho.
Would stay here again.
