Located amongst the backdrop of the foothills and just outside of Huaraz, the Cuesta Serena Boutique Hotel is a small boutique hotel that provides its guests with special rates on guided excursions, spacious rooms and access to the many attractions available in the area. The Superior Quadruple Room features two full-sized beds and two twin-sized beds and is a wonderful option for families. Family-friendly amenities included with your stay are Wi-Fi access, daily breakfasts, a game room and an indoor swimming pool that is open year-round. An onsite restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner is available.

Beautiful hotel - food needs improvements

Beautiful hotel, however, the bathrooms could do with a refurb! Packed lunch was a bit overpriced so make sure to bring your own if you are out hiking for the day! Didn’t particularly enjoy the dinner (I had a lasagne which was extremely salty) and there wasn’t a huge amount of options on the menu - unfortunately we couldn’t go anywhere else for food as this hotel is quite remote. Despite this the hotel is lovely with beautiful views and the staff seemed friendly! Sorry, just an honest review so improvements can be made for future customers!

Beautiful retreat near Huaraz

We stayed at Cuesta Serena hotel for several nights. This was probably the best hotel we stayed ever and we travel a lot! Not far from Huaraz, in secluded area, this beautiful hotel was so welcoming after our daily hikes. The set up - you can't wish for more - surrounded by gorgeous mountains, tons of place to relax, great food and very-very welcoming stuff. We were family of four with two kids (age 12 and 16), all absolutely loved this place!

Special thank you to Eva who helped us with some tips on daily hikes/trips. We would love to come back one day!
