where do i start
reception area was like going down into a dungeon
First room the pool was green green
Grey sheets had to change them
No mini bar
The towels were frail and dirty gray some with holes
no beach towels
no hand towels or face washers in bathroom
no aircondioning or fans in living areas
no microwave just a gap where one should have been
curtains were grey with some holes in them
toilets moved when you sat on them
They did give us another room which was just as bad
descibed as a boutique hotel unbelievable
i have been to bali several times but this was the worst accommodation
at 475.00 australian dollars a night
We stayed at the hotel with our small baby only one night but it was the worst experience we’ve ever had! Around 12.00am in the morning the electricity suddenly turned off. We waked up around 3.00am in the morning because of sweating in the room. We haven’t call the reception, in the villa was nothing worked. My husband had to call the staff using his personal phone. No one understood English! Only around 5.00am they turned on electricity.
Actually it was a lot of bad sings from the beginning. When we arrived to the hotel, no one was meeting us, no one helped with the luggages. Attention, we’ve been with the small baby! Later we ordered food to the room, the staff not even knocked the door. They just came without knocking the door and it was ok for them. In the evening we wanted to take bath with the baby, but it was impossible because we didn’t have hot water on the room.
Please never stay in the The Chand’s villa! Save your mind and money!
