SAVE MONEY AND NEVER STAY HERE!

by Anastasia_ign

We stayed at the hotel with our small baby only one night but it was the worst experience we’ve ever had! Around 12.00am in the morning the electricity suddenly turned off. We waked up around 3.00am in the morning because of sweating in the room. We haven’t call the reception, in the villa was nothing worked. My husband had to call the staff using his personal phone. No one understood English! Only around 5.00am they turned on electricity.

Actually it was a lot of bad sings from the beginning. When we arrived to the hotel, no one was meeting us, no one helped with the luggages. Attention, we’ve been with the small baby! Later we ordered food to the room, the staff not even knocked the door. They just came without knocking the door and it was ok for them. In the evening we wanted to take bath with the baby, but it was impossible because we didn’t have hot water on the room.

Please never stay in the The Chand’s villa! Save your mind and money!
