A waste of your points if you're a Hilton cardholder

The bedside lights did not work and I specifically choose the room with the fireplace (which was an additional cost) and the fireplace did not work. The living room remote did not work so it was a total waste of my points. I was only supposed to be in town for one day but ended up needing an additional night and booked a room across the street at the Holiday Inn. For less points they gave me a 4 room suite, kitchen and 2 bath. I typically stay at the doubletree and have been satisfied until this stay.

Informed front desk and he appeared less than concerned and stated he would inform maintenance.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Johnny’s Restaurant is attached to the hotel. They have very good food and a beautiful bar.
Wince coming back from AZ in the winter we found our car buried in snow. My husband had a broken wrist, so the staff sent us into the bar for dinner while they shoveled the car out. Absolutely, above and beyond.
