Marriage Retreat

by Happymel12

My wife and I attended a marriage retreat for our company and stayed at this hotel. The bath tub wasn’t entirely clean, no microwave in the room, the sink needed to be cleaned and drained, and the beds were full size instead of queen. Location was great because it had multiple restaurants nearby to include Starbucks across the street.

Housekeeping issues

by Samtenn25

Drove through a storm for 6 hours to attend concert. Streets and interstate flooded. Pretty nerve wracking. Entered the room at 2am. Since checkout wasn't until noon we expected to get some sleep .WRONG!!! Housekeeping decided to knock and ENTER our room at 9am. It was very disturbing and embarrassing since we were in our undergarments. Upon checkout I explained my concerns to the front desk only to be dismissed in mid sentence that they would alert the housekeeping manager. It does not make one feel safe to have people bursting into your room while you are sleeping. You should get better service from the amount of money that was spent to stay at this hotel. Customer service is non existent. Extremely dissatisfied customer.
