Some say the trick to surviving Hampton Beach with the kids is finding a spot near the strip, but not on the strip. That way, you can quickly get to all the action, but still beat a hasty retreat when the crowds overwhelm. If that’s the case, then let this resort be the first quiver in your arsenal. Two blocks from the beach, right at the Southern tail end of Ocean Boulevard, its location may be better than staying right on the ocean.
The three-story condo building is divided into “studios,” with a queen-sized bed and pullout sofa, and “suites” with a queen-sized bed in a separate bedroom and a pullout sofa. The rooms are clean, but minimalist and include a kitchenette with microwave and dishwasher (though no stove). One of the best features of the resort is an outdoor pool, which many area lodgings lack; it helps make the perfect transition between a hot day on the sand and hitting the strip at night. A downside (or upside depending on your point of view): no Wi-Fi.

Just spent the weekend in a cute, nicely decorated studio. Check in went smoothly. Unit was very clean. Complex well run. literally a short walk to beach that was not as crowded as main public beach. Best part was the short walk does not require crossing the main road. Surrounding neighborhood was well maintained townhomes and single family. Will definately book again.
Last minute decision to stay on Hampton Beach. Great price for the unit. The girl at the front desk was friendly. We stayed in a studio unit. There was plenty of room and it was clean. There was a stain on the sheets and comforter but everything else was good. The pool is small but enough for a quick dip. Beach and boardwalk is a quick 2 minute walk. Would stay again.
