What a charming little 1960's like motel in the Keys!

What a charming little 1960's like motel in the Keys! With an old school feel and look, my wife and I loved this little gem in Islamorada! The room wasn't your typical floor plan, a bit quirky but cool nonetheless. The sand literally feet from your backdoor and the ocean a bit further this is a place we would return to. Palm trees and comfortable seating outback with a hammock to boot made this a relaxing and enjoyable place to chill. Glad we found it. It made our Keys vacation a little more special!

Great place overall ❤️

This is our second stay at this property. It’s cute, clean, love the sand taking you to the water. We knew it wasn’t a beach area like most places in the keys and wish it had a hot tub but otherwise we love it here. HOWEVER, the constant knocking of the air conditioner on the outside was SUPER IRRITATING and whatever they were doing in the unit above us was also extremely irritating. Maybe replacing the floor? In any case it started at 6 am and didn’t stop the night before until after 10. These aren’t cheap rooms and although I know they have to get things done, no one wants to hear that at 6 am. These are fixable things so hopefully they will be fixed soon!
