First time stay and very pleased

by Moises V

The staff and rooms were great. Hotel in very good place for dining and dessert. Mall was right there. Quality of food was great.had a small issue with the shower temp. But when staff was notified they jumped all over it. Very happy with the stay and will go back.

Nice Hotel!

We stopped here on our way to Colorado, the entire staff were friendly and helpful. The king size room was spacious and clean. We especially enjoyed the snack buffet with drinks offered at dinner time because after a day of traveling, it was nice not to have to leave the hotel.

The only complaints I have are that there is no vent in the bathroom so when you take a shower/bath the mirror fogs up and it takes a good 5 minutes after wiping it down to get were you can see. The other complaint is the placement of the shampoo and soap. I take a bath and it is not reachable by me which meant I had to stand up for the shampoo, conditioner and soap and because I am in my late 60’s, I worried about slipping each time. Maybe a lower placement would be better, something between a person taking a shower to one taking a bath.
