Reviews

terrible

Deceivingly nice looking lobby, everything else is horrid. We entered the room and the bed was not made, there was trash everywhere, and towels on the floor. Clearly the room had not been cleaned. Our "smoke-free room" reeked of cigarettes. Another lady in the lobby had complained of the same situation of her room being a mess. In addition, the this area just felt unsafe. We no longer felt comfortable staying there so we asked for a refund so we can go somewhere else. We were offered another room but we declined. The manager initially said we can get a refund, but a few days later she said she will not give us the refund because she offered us another room Luckily, my bank considered this fraud and returned me my money anyways. Absolutely sketchy, terrible place.

No Frills, Cheap nights sleep.

The Econo Lodge is just that. A cheap place to spend the night. The facilities are old but reasonably clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower worked great. The HVAC in the room consisted of a unit mounted high up on the wall that while a little noisy did an OK job of cooling off the room. No fancy big screen TV, just a small one with a good selection of channels. You get what you pay for ($50.00) but if you are just looking for a place to crash, you could do a lot worse.
